Second, and most importantly, PER is everywhere, meaning that he won't be able to protect his team from meta threats like AZ Chi or Slum or use his Evasion effectively. Firstly he is weak to reverse healing, specially with Posidonia being all over the place. His skillset is also pretty good comprising of two self Evasion moves as well as a great team healing skill, but he has some downsides. His relics are amazing with Shield and Armor, making him extremely tanky, combined with a great life, he is able to take a huge amount of hits. Garnyxel is an interesting Thunder tank and the first one to use Evasion on top of MT.
